Kenersys was established by the Kalyani Group to cater to the global markets for wind turbine products and related services with a firm commitment to enable customer organizations deploy these products and services profitably.

Kenersys, formerly known as RSBconsult GMBH, a German design-and-consulting house established in 2003, which became a part of the Kalyani Gruop in 2007, has its hi-tech wind turbine design facility at Münster in Germany (Kenersys GmbH).

Kenersys presently has two operating entities in Germany and India (Kenersys Europe GmbH and Kenersys India Private Limited respectively) for manufacturing, assembling, marketing and servicing wind turbines.

Kenersys is co-funded by First Reserve Corporation, a leading US based, private equity firm with over USD 1.2 Billion investment in alternative and renewable energy companies.
